Does this seminar qualify for CLE in my state?
Yes. We’ve applied for credit in all the states where the seminars are held for the date of the seminar. (In Washington, D.C., we’ve also applied to Virginia for MCLE credit there.) Attorneys seeking credit outside the state should contact their state Bar and apply for the credit directly. At the seminar, you’ll receive a certificate of attendance to include with your Bar’s CLE-credit application. Professor Garner’s CV is inside your copy of the course materials and the seminar description.
Advanced Legal Writing & Editing (Fall 2019): We applied for 5.5-6.0 credit hours. Please see our CLE chart on our main Advanced Legal Writing & Editing page (https://www.lawprose.org/training/public-seminars/advanced-legal-writing-editing/).
