Revising Appellate Briefs

Over the years we’ve helped many legal teams rethink and rewrite their appellate briefs, typically in lawsuits with seven- or eight-digit awards on the line. For appeals with the most at stake, we submit the brief — along with a brief stating the other party’s stand — to a panel of seasoned practitioners for a mock judicial reading.
