Cancellation Policy

Cancellation with refund (less a $50 processing fee) will be approved if we receive at least seven days' notice before the original seminar date. No refund will be made for late cancellation or absence.

If you cancel less than seven days before the original seminar date, you have two options:

• Receive a credit: You may receive a credit that is good for attending any of our seminars within one year of the original seminar date. There is a $50 reregistration fee.
• Receive course materials: You may receive the coursebook(s) and apply for self-study CLE credit. If you choose this option, you must apply for CLE credit directly to your state's CLE agency.
